This page outlines our approach to health and safety, the measures we have in place, and what you can expect when using our platform.
At FeedUp, we are committed to providing our users with a delightful culinary experience that revolves around quality, authenticity, and safety. To maintain the highest standards in the homemade food offerings on our platform, we have implemented the "Feeder CheckUp". The Feeder CheckUp is a 3 step quality assurance process to maintain the highest degree of safety and quality.
We provide resources to our Feeders to ensure they are meeting and abiding by local food regulations such as, but not limited to, the Ontario Government Guidelines to Starting a Home-based Food Business and access to Ontario Ministry of Health Food Handler Training and Certification programs.
Servers are expected to drive safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
We monitor Servers' driving records and ensure that their vehicles meet safety standards.
All Servers are required to undergo Criminal Background Checks, ID Verification and Driving Abstract checks prior to approval.
Eaters can track their deliveries in real-time for added security.
We encourage Eaters to provide feedback on their experience to help us maintain safety and quality.
All Feeders are comprehensively verified before being approved to sell on the platform through assurance of local food regulations.
